With help from a youth assistant, I was able to create a complimentary piece to add to the fine work of Dwyano Insano. I brought the butterfly on to the wall to finish the piece as well as to create a literal interpretation of the kimimila. There is also an important connection to the travels of the butterfly, the seasonal migrations which are a natural part of the world and the resilience of such a crucial and small relative.
